We're pleased to announce the return of Museum Day on September 17, 2022.

Museum Day is an annual celebration of boundless curiosity hosted by Smithsonian magazine. Participating museums and cultural institutions across the country provide free entry to anyone presenting a Museum Day ticket. Find the International Quilt Museum on the Smithsonian website and save a ticket for free admission on Saturday, September 17th.

The International Quilt Museum is located on the University of Nebraska - Lincoln's East Campus, and houses the largest publicly held quilt collection in the world. Diversity and inclusion are central to the University’s and the IQM’s mission and pursuit of excellence. Each person has something to gain from and offer to our community of learning, discovery, and outreach. All are welcome here.
